On this page - you will be given the basic techniques that you will be required to know at each belt level.

 

 

Beginner -White Belt no stripe, you just started

4 directional falls
Arms toughing drills
Leg toughing (with a wooden stick)
Lots of pushups
Lots of sit-ups
Hook blocks
Jump rope (5 minutes straight)
