This Saturday MMA class will be held at the YMCA at 1:30 PM Please plan to be there after the picnic
Also bring your white belts for your uniform Since we are going to be using a new uniform, I have decided not to charge for the month of August which will be $35.00 per person. Use this money to get your uniform... Its my way of saying welcome aboard!
